Incredible!

If you saw the promotional postcard, did you think they were really going to hang the quilts ... like this?

This is the view as you walked through the doors of the exhibit space at the Armory on Park Avenue in NYC. It was the most inventive, creative, AMAZING display of quilts I've ever experienced.

Yep, definitely incredible. Love the look, and (maybe it's just the lighting) the monochromatic-ness. A real knock-yer-socks-off display.

Yes, Julie, I was there.

Rian, the lighting design was impressive. I took many photos of quilts and quilt details and never needed the flash because the quilts were so well lit.

Totally cool! I saw the small quilt exhibit at the American Folk Art Museum, but had to leave NY the day before the big red and white show opened. Thanks so much for your photos!
